Private Breathwork & Cold Plunge Session

    • Breathwork Techniques – Designed to calm the nervous system and enhance well-being.

    • Guided Cold Plunge Experience – Helps build resilience, relaxation, and mental clarity.

    • Customizable Focus – Tailored for stress relief, energy boosting, or grounding.

  • Duration: 1.5 hours

    • Conducted in the comfort of your home or place you are staying (if preferred).

    • If a separate space is required, rental costs will apply.

    Cold Water Immersion Options:

    • Ice Bath (provided by me)

    • Natural Plunge in one of Whistler’s lakes

  • Cost: $200 for 1-2 people

  • Needed: Swim wear, towel, warm clothing

    You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blanket, but we can provide them upon request.

    • Small Group (3-6 people) – $90 per person

    • Medium Group (7-12 people) – $75 per person

    • Large Group (13-20 people) – $60 per person

    Our sessions are designed for all levels, from first-timers to experienced cold dippers. We’ll guide you through proper breathing techniques and how to safely immerse yourself in cold water.

  • For most people, yes! However, if you have certain health conditions (e.g., heart issues, high blood pressure, Raynaud’s disease), consult your doctor before participating.

    • Our sessions are supervised to ensure safety.

    • We provide step-by-step guidance on how to enter and exit the cold safely.

    • Listen to your body—you’re always in control of how long you stay in.

  • Breathwork refers to conscious breathing techniques that influence the nervous system, oxygen levels, and mental state.

    For cold exposure, we use Wim Hof Method-inspired breathing, which combines:

    • Deep, rhythmic breaths to oxygenate the blood

    • Controlled breath holds to build CO₂ tolerance

    • Calm, focused breathing during the plunge

    This practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you stay relaxed and in control in cold water.
