Whether you're seeking to reduce stress, boost energy, sharpen focus, or build mental and physical toughness, our breathwork and cold exposure sessions are designed to reconnect you with your body and awaken your potential.

Private Breathwork & Cold Plunge Session

    • Breathwork Techniques – Designed to calm the nervous system and enhance well-being.

    • Guided Cold Plunge Experience – Helps build resilience, relaxation, and mental clarity.

    • Customizable Focus – Tailored for stress relief, energy boosting, or grounding.

  • Duration: 1.5 hours

    • Conducted in the comfort of your home or place you are staying (if preferred).

    • If a separate space is required, rental costs will apply.

    Cold Water Immersion Options:

    • Ice Bath (provided by me)

    • Natural Plunge in one of Whistler’s lakes

  • Cost: $200 for 1-2 people

  • Needed: Swim wear, towel, warm clothing

    You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blanket, but we can provide them upon request.

  • Duration: 1.5 -2 hours

    • Location Options:

      • Private residence, Airbnb, or lodge (if space allows).

      • Outdoor natural settings in Whistler.

      • If a venue rental is needed, additional costs apply.

    • Small Group (3-6 people) – $90 per person

    • Medium Group (7-12 people) – $75 per person

    • Large Group (13-20 people) – $60 per person

  • Needed: Swim wear, towel, warm clothing

    Join We Run Whistler for a 5:55pm run from the Salomon Store, Whistler, followed by a powerful mindset session with Caroline to help you tap into mental mastery for athletes.

    We’ll wrap it up with a cold plunge to leave you feeling clear, strong, and empowered.
